Attorney Parker Simmons obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Rhode Island where he graduated magna cum laude.
Attorney Simmons has experience representing clients in complex commercial, civil, and bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. His practice includes real estate related disputes such as unlawful tree cutting, boundary disputes, and trespass, condominium and construction law matters, including general contractor and subcontractor disputes as well as business law matters.
Before joining Calabrese Law Associates, Attorney Simmons practiced at a litigation firm where he represented clients in a variety of high-stakes civil disputes, both in state court and federal bankruptcy court. He has obtained favorable outcomes in commercial breach of contract disputes and in representing creditors in bankruptcy court in their efforts to recover assets.
During law school, Attorney Simmons assisted a global intellectual property software company in all stages of its sale to a new private equity firm, working extensively with commercial service agreements and corporate contracts.
