Legal Services & Attorney-Client Relationship:
You are not deemed to be a “Client” until you have received a written statement from Calabrese Law which states we represent you in a particular matter (an “engagement letter”). You should not send to Calabrese Law any confidential information about any such matter prior to establishing an attorney-client relationship. Only clients who have received an engagement letter stating that Calabrese Law will be providing legal services may utilize the protections governing the attorney-client relationship. Legal services are defined as services provided by an attorney acting in his/her capacity as a licensed attorney.

Distinct non-legal services are those that are different, separate, disconnected, dissimilar, detached or far removed from the legal services rendered. Note that distinct non-legal services may be performed in conjunction with legal services and that the substance of the distinct non-legal services may be related to the legal services. All clients seeking both legal and non-legal services will be informed, in writing, of the scope of their attorney-client relationship prior to any services being rendered. All clients seeking both legal and non-legal services must acknowledge, in writing, that they accept and understand the scope of their attorney-client relationship.
