Patrick Winn is an experienced trial lawyer who represents the firm’s clients in construction, real estate, and business disputes in Boston and throughout Massachusetts. Mr. Winn’s construction practice covers disputes involving consumer protection action claims under M.G.L. c. 93A, negligent construction, breach of contract, fraud, shoddy workmanship, and mechanic’s lien matters. He also handles variety of real estate matters involving condominium disputes, zoning and construction permitting as well as real estate transactional cases.
While an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County, Mr. Winn gained invaluable courtroom experience, which gives the firm’s clients an advantage during all stages of their litigation matters. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Winn has engaged in extensive discovery including witness depositions, motions practice, and jury trials.
Later, Mr. Winn was general counsel for a Worcester, Massachusetts-based technology startup where he drafted business documents and advised the business on limiting its liability, general contract issues, and choice of business entity matters. As general counsel, Mr. Winn helped the startup business launch their mobile phone application on the Apple Store.
